Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Return of Goods You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than our standard offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to your specifications, goods that deteriorate quickly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
